Toward the Terra (aka Terra e…) has too much scope for too little film. Sometimes More is More, and the later TV series might have the length to do the subject justice.

Ultimately Toward the Terra is more of a manga tribute than a movie in its own right.

I have received shipping confirmation of my copy of the Toward the Terra movie, and also notification that a copy of Splendor has been reserved for me at the local games store.

Hopefully reviews of both will make appearances here in the not too distant future. Depending on how I like the Toward the Terra movie I’ll then look at tracking down the TV series.

Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water, Toward the Terra

I’ve had a request to review Toward the Terra that I’m going to honour as soon as I can track it down. I’ve heard a lot about this film, and I may have seen it once lo these many years ago.

I’ve ordered it on The Right Stuf, and hopefully they’ll have it in stock soon.

I’ve also, as I signalled a couple of years ago that I might, ordered the remastered Nadia: Secret of Blue Water so a review of that may also pop up here at some point.
