Monochrome Chess really is as weird to play as it is to look at.
Remember the key points:
- You only control the pieces on your side of the board
- You can only capture pieces on your opponent‘s side of the board.
- This naturally implies that as soon as you capture a piece, your opponent takes control of the piece you used for the capture (see point 1 above)…
It was also quite fun, and I’d be willing to try it again.
