I just finished a training cycle at Body to Burn and so far I’m very pleased with the results.

For this assessment I only took another 5 seconds off the 1Km row, but that did put me below 4 minutes. There were a number of improvements in the other measures as well (squats, push-ups, sit-ups, girth measurements).

I’m also down another 5kg from the last assessment, which puts me just below 90Kg for the first time in I don’t know when.

My diet still needs work, but has continued to improve.

I’ve signed up for another 3 month training cycle, and this time I’ll be hoping to drop another 4 – 5Kgs (a lower goal this time as I suspect I’ll be hitting diminishing returns fairly soon).

Overall both the trainer and I were quite pleased with this set of results.
