About two weeks back I made a guess as to how much improvement there would be at the six week assessment.
The assessment happened on Thursday, and I did much better than I was expecting.
I cut about 30s from the 1Km row and had a fairly wide range of improvements in other measures such as the squats (dynamic and isometric), and the push-ups.
I also lost 4 kg.
So, overall, I’m very pleased by this result.
Of course a good chunk of that is down to diet, and I did have a bad day for diet the very next day, so I’m going to have to keep working on this for a while.
Still, I’m happy with the progress I’m making at the moment.
